Operating principle

The operating principle of the block is based on the corrosion destruction of the indicator plates. The assessment of the general corrosion and the order of its average speed is carried out by periodic monitoring of the electrical conductivity of the indicator plates, which have different thicknesses.

• Simple and easy to use
• In the BPI-2-1 (5-wire line) and BPI-2-2 (4-wire line) versions, it is equipped with a terminal block
• The thickness of the indicator plate is marked by the color of the cable.
• 3 indicator elements are allowing to increase the service life of the block up to 15 years with a corrosion rate not exceeding 0.03 mm per year
• Thickness of indicator plates, 0.3; 0.4 and 0.5 mm
• Standard cable length is 2.5 m (can be increased upon additional request)
• Dimensions, excluding cable length is 80x62x12 mm
• Weight, excluding cable length is 40 g
